OBJECT_DESCRIPTION_EN :
Aiming to simplify the figure of the puppet, this show featured a set of figures that were simply sculpted spheres. These figures were attached by a string to a red tree, with part of their hair also made of red string. They were very versatile on stage, fitting into the puppeteers' costumes and performing tasks such as spinning, carrying objects and speaking.
Their manipulation was done directly with the puppeteer's hand on the puppet and dealing with the various threads that always started from the same scenographic object, the tree, which created a set of movements, also with a strong symbolic visual component.
These figures symbolized the attachment to the territory and the closure to the opening of that same territory to new realities, as if imprisoning the idea of liberation to the outside of what are the roots and traditions.
OBJECT_CONTEXT_EN :
This show is deeply inspired by the rural and traditional experiences that relate women to the production of wool and takes us through a symbolic story by means of a group of characters with different characteristics and qualities of manipulation.
